What data we process

• What you enter in the form: name, company, phone or email, and what you tell us.
• If you book a call, what you give Cal.com.
• If you message us on WhatsApp, your number and your messages.

Purpose

To answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. We don't send advertising or newsletters.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form or by writing to us (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you ask us for a proposal, also the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Retention

We keep the data up to one year after the last contact. If we end up working together, we keep whatever the law requires for as long as it requires.

Recipients

We don't share your data with anyone. To operate, we use these services, which process it on our behalf:

• Web3Forms: receives the form and forwards it to us by email.
• Cal.com: only if you click “Book a call”. It has its own privacy policy.
• Vercel: hosts the website, keeps technical logs of visits and counts page views and how fast they load.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards the GDPR requires.

Analytics and cookies

We measure visits with Umami and Vercel Web Analytics, which use no cookies and store no personal data: only aggregate figures, such as how many people click “Book a call”. This website sets no cookies when it loads. If you open the Cal.com calendar, that service may use its own.

Your rights

You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, or take it with you (portability), and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at hola@made-inside.com.

If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
